Structured and Process-Oriented
I approach my work with a structured and step-by-step process that helps me effectively manage complex projects.
#1
I often use mind mapping to visualize different aspects of a project and identify their connections.
#4
This approach gives me the opportunity to review the results with fresh eyes and make improvements without last-minute stress.
#2
This allows me to break down large tasks into manageable components, which I organize into overlapping phases to ensure smooth progress toward the final outcome.
#5
This working style reduces workload pressure, improves time management, and allows me to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
#3
My workflow is proactive: I start working on tasks as soon as the project begins and intentionally leave time before the deadline.
#6
It ensures high-quality outcomes that align with team goals, but also client and user needs.
Sustainability designer
"Sustainability is a core pillar of my expertise, profoundly influencing how I think and act. To me, sustainability means valuing nature as it is—an invaluable ecosystem that humanity is responsible for understanding and protecting. It also encompasses a human perspective on equity and embracing diversity. Sustainability is a systemic and complex entity, and I excel at analyzing its many aspects both situationally and holistically."
"Since 2006, I have worked with immigrant communities and have been researching sustainability since 2010. My research focused on sustainable consumption, and I taught courses within the multidisciplinary sustainability program at Turku School of Economics. I hold a professional qualification as an environmental educator and have closely observed the evolution of responsibility practices over the years."
"Green ICT and Sustainable UX are areas where I am highly skilled and eager to expand my knowledge further.
My goal is to work on digital design projects where I can utilize this expertise and passion to create meaningful, impactful solutions."
